Training Kit Shipping
This Shipping Policy applies to professional training kits purchased as part of a Hybrid Course enrolment.
Full Payment Requirement
All training kits will only be dispatched once full course payment has been received and cleared.
If you are enrolled in a payment plan, your kit will not be shipped until the remaining balance has been paid in full.
LBHR is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or late payments.
Processing Time
Once full payment has been confirmed, training kits will be dispatched within 7 business days.
Processing times may vary slightly during peak enrolment periods, public holidays, or promotional launches.
Shipping Timeframes
After dispatch, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery within Australia.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
LBHR is not responsible for delays caused by:
